Early arrivals and late departures
Early check in and late check out due to availability.
If you arrive at ZENSUS early in the day and wish to have immediate access to your room, we recommend that you also book the night before your arrival. Similarly, for late departures, an additional night's reservation guarantees access to your room until your departure time.
At the time of your check in, you will be given the electronic key of your room and maximum 2 that must be delivered to your departure, if you lose it or not return it will be charged 10 dollars per key.
Smoke Free Hotel
SENZUS is a smoke-free establishment, so smoking is not allowed inside. In case of violating this policy you will be charged $100 USD to the guarantee card to your registration.
Reserves and guaranteed deposits

Debit cards are not accepted to guarantee rooms, but these cards are received to settle your account.
All reservations made through the website require a guarantee through a credit card with a deposit of 100% of the total.
The credit card used to make the reservation must be shown at the check in. Otherwise, your reservation and charged made for it will be cancelled.
A holding of $2,000 MXN for extras is made to the credit card when checking in.
Any missing or damaged items in the room during your stay will be charged to the warranty card.
Any missing or damaged items in the room including stains on towels, sheets and cushions during your stay will be charged a $12 USD fee which will be charged to the registered card as a guarantee

Reservations charged within 7 days are non-refundable.
To make any cancellation or modification in your reservation, it must be 7 days before the arrival of the guest, outside this period will not be accepted.
It is very important to check the conditions and cancellation policies before making a reservation to avoid setbacks.
In case of no show (not presented) will be charged 100% of the reservation.
A reservation can be canceled at the moment of not contacting the guest and that the card does not have sufficient funds.

Inform the establishment to avoid any type of cancellation.
If you are a company with preferential rate this year you must send your signed agreement to be authorized by the manager.
