In addition to what you will find in the "House" rooms, the Deluxe King rooms offer that little bit more: a huge, comfortable, pocket sprung "superking" size bed (6'/183 cm wide) or a king size four poster (5'/150 cm wide), two comfy chairs to relax in, a whopping 42" flatscreen TV with freeview, as well as an individual design scheme. The en suite bathrooms have either baths with large shower over or a walk in shower. Some have views of the beautiful, ancient St Denys Church and others offer glimpses of hidden cityscapes.
Check in is from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check out is up until 11 am on the day of departure. This rate includes free full cooked breakfast.

Groups -Please note we are not suitable for groups of more than two rooms/four people (even if booked individually/under different names). If it becomes apparent that you are part of a larger group, we are sorry but you will not be able to stay. Please note you will still be charged if we are within the chargeable period for your booking. Please get in touch immediately if you think this will affect your booking and we can suggest alternatives.
Babies and children - Unfortunately we are not suitable for babies and children under the age of eight and the maximum occupancy of all our rooms is two people. We're sorry but there is no facility for extra beds/bedding to be placed in the rooms and unfortunately we do not have any family or interconnecting rooms. Again, we are very sorry but if it becomes apparent that you are travelling with a child under eight you will not be able to stay and will still be charged if we are within the chargeable period for your booking. Please get in touch immediately if you think this will affect your booking and we can suggest alternatives.
Car parking - Free car parking for one vehicle off site (public car park) is included in the rate. There is no on site car parking available. The included parking runs from the time you arrive until the same time on the day of departure (24 hour increments, one exit per day). Please note the car park has height restriction barriers at 1.98 m which may make it unsuitable for larger vans/cars with roof-boxes etc. We can recommend suitable car parks for larger vehicles but unfortunately the cost of these will not be included in the rate. If you will be using our included car parking, please make sure we have accurate details for your car registration number when you arrive as you may otherwise be liable for a £100 parking ticket per day if not registered correctly.
Animals - We are not suitable for animals other than assistance dogs.
Eating and drinking - We serve a delicious breakfast cooked to order. We do not currently have a restaurant, bar or licence but there are many lovely places to eat and drink very nearby, or you are very welcome to bring your own.
Accessibility - There are four steps to access the building and we’re afraid we do not have a lift/elevator but we are very happy to help with bags. All bedrooms apart from 'the Grand' are on the first floor, up a flight of 20 steps with a handrail to one side. Please ask for further details if you have any particular needs.
CCTV – We use CCTV in public areas to allow us to provide efficient service, train our staff and for everyone’s safety and security.
Comfort - We do not have air conditioning but every room is equipped with a desk fan and we are happy to offer a range of bedding options on request. While we are in a relatively quiet area of the city centre, the majority of our windows are the original single-paned Victorian glass and we cannot guarantee it will be quiet – please ask if you are concerned about noise and we will be happy to discuss the options.
Damage – You will be charged for any damage caused by you to any Parisi property or for any additional cleaning required as a result of your actions during your stay.
Behaviour – While we welcome many guests celebrating special occasions, we are not suitable for guests intending to celebrate noisily at the hotel late into the night. If you are causing disruption to other guests, behaving disrespectfully to our staff or contravening the terms and conditions of this contract we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. Please note you will still be charged if we are within the chargeable period for your booking.

We require valid credit or debit card details to guarantee bookings and in case of cancellation but we do not take payment until you arrive.
You can pay by credit card, debit card or cash on arrival or departure.
Unfortunately we do not accept payment by AMEX.
As a small independent hotel, we unfortunately find it difficult to resell rooms at the last minute and so have to stick firmly to our cancellation policy, without exception.
For cancellation within two days of the date of stay the whole stay will be chargeable, e.g. if you are staying on a Sunday you would need to cancel before midnight on Thursday to avoid the cancellation charges. Please note, this is not the same as 48 hours before you are due to arrive.
Cancellation before this is free of charge.
Cancellations must be made by phone or email. If there is no answer when you ring, please leave a message with your name and the date of the stay you wish to cancel.
We strongly advise you to take out insurance in case of cancellation as should something come up at the last minute which means you are unable to travel we will not be able to waive the charge and rooms will not be transferable to a different date.
