Our STANDARD SINGLE bedroom is on the TOP floor of the house - these are our smaller budget rooms. This room has a PRIVATE shower room, located just across the landing from the bedroom - there is a bathrobe in the room. The bedroom also has a washbasin. Included in the room is complimentary tray with various teas, coffee, etc for your convenience. A hairdryer and alarm clock are also available in the room. The staircase leading to the top floor is narrow and unfortunately is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

PAYMENTPOLICY: Unless we specifically agree otherwise a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance due paid in advance on arrival. We accept most major credit and debit cards but a levy of 2% will be applied to the transaction in order to cover the processing charges imposed on us. THIS INCLUDES DEBIT CARDS.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 7 days before your date of arrival we will not make a charge and refund any deposits paid. If you cancel after that and we are able to re-let your room we will make a charge of 40% of the total cost of the first night’s accommodation. If we are unable to re-let your room we will charge you for the full rate of your stay.
