Our STANDARD TWIN bedroom is on the TOP floor of the house - these are our smaller budget rooms. There is an en-suite shower room. Included in the room is complimentary tray with various teas, coffee, etc for your convenience. A hairdryer and alarm clock are also available in the room. This set up as a TWIN BEDDED room, but can also be made up into a DOUBLE bed - PLEASE BE SURE TO CONFIRM YOUR PREFERENCE ON CONFIRMATION. The staircase leading to the top floor is narrow and unfortunately is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Payment Policy

PAYMENTPOLICY: Unless we specifically agree otherwise a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance due paid in advance on arrival. We accept most major credit and debit cards but a levy of 2% will be applied to the transaction in order to cover the processing charges imposed on us. THIS INCLUDES DEBIT CARDS.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 7 days before your date of arrival we will not make a charge and refund any deposits paid. If you cancel after that and we are able to re-let your room we will make a charge of 40% of the total cost of the first night’s accommodation. If we are unable to re-let your room we will charge you for the full rate of your stay.
