Terms & Conditions

RATES

• Rates published on the Cabañas El Potrero website are valued per night of stay.
• Promotional or special rates are valid only when booking online Cabañas El Potrero
• Once agreed, prices published in United States dollars (USD) are exchanged into national currency (MXN).
• All rates include VAT and tourist taxes, as well as government taxes.
• Room rate details are correct at time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

RESERVATIONS
• Reservations can be processed online at Cabañas El Potrero, through our Call Center or by calling us directly at 667 789 1547.
• The hotel requires reservations before arrival.
• Reservations are considered confirmed only with a Security Deposit.
• Doubts regarding reservations are not settled automatically, but individually with a response within 2 business days.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in or check-in time is no later than 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out or departure time is at 12:00 p.m.
• Departures after 3:00 p.m. will be subject to a charge of $ 100.00 MXN per person in All Inclusive plan.

PAYMENTS
• A credit / debit card is required to set up a reservation.
• Payments should be channeled to Cabañas El Potrero
• In the case of providing credit card details, we will make confidential use of said information for the sole purpose of processing your payment.
• A Deposit Guarantee is required (includes room rate, VAT and service fees) when confirming your reservation.

HOTEL SERVICES
• Some of the services within Cabañas El Potrero are free while others require a minimum fee. Please confirm when booking or contact us in order to avoid confusion.
• The hotel is not and will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property owned or under the custody of the Client or its clients, employees, agents or contractors or external suppliers. The Hotel provides safes at the Client's expense and risk.
• With the exception of dogs, pets are not allowed.

RESTRICTIONS
It is not allowed to enter Cabañas El Potrero with the following:
• Pets or livestock. "IF DOGS ARE ACCEPTED"
• Pillows, sheets, duvets, or other bedding.
• Electrical appliances and / or equipment for heating and / or cooking.
Cabañas El Potrero reserves the right to remove and / or confiscate any of the mentioned items if it is found in any room immediately without prior notice and to charge you for the costs incurred to take that action.
Guest Behavior You are expected to behave in an orderly and acceptable manner at all times and not disturb the enjoyment of other Guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your reservation and the reservation of your group members should we (acting reasonably) consider your conduct to be in violation of this clause.
Conducts that we consider reasonably inappropriate include, but are not limited to:
• Inappropriate levels of noise or disturbances.
• Drunkenness or rebellious behavior.
• Any behavior that seems offensive to other Guests or collaborators.
At all times we will act reasonable in making any determination under this clause.
In the event that we cancel your reservation, you will be obliged to leave your accommodation immediately. You will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your group. Full payment for any damage or loss must be paid before your departure. If you cannot make the payment, you will be responsible for the fulfillment of any claim (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all the expenses we incur in the search for any claim in your against.
Our obligations to you end when the reservation is terminated. We will have no obligation to reimburse for lost accommodation and we are not responsible for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination.
We may send you news and information electronically with information about special offers and promotions. A unsubscribe link will be presented in each message we send, if you do not want to receive these emails, you can send a blank email to ImpulsaContor@hotmail.com from Cabañas El Potrero will not share your data with third parties. These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico.

Políticas de pago:
PAGOS • Se requiere de una tarjeta de crédito/débito para fijar una reservación o bien hacer pago por deposito o
transferencia electronica al momento de la reservación. • Pagos deberán ser canalizados a Cabañas El Potrero •
En caso de proveer detalles de una tarjeta de crédito, haremos uso confidencial de dicha información con el único
propósito de procesar su pago. • Se requiere de una Garantía de Depósito (incluye tarifa de habitación, IVA y
cuotas de servicio) al momento de confirmar su reservación.

Cancellation Policy

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY
• Confirmation of change to any reservation is subject to room availability.
• Any reservation canceled or modified 3 days or less before arrival generates a penalty of one night plus taxes and services.
• Cabañas El Potrero reserves the right to charge your credit card with a cancellation fee equivalent to the number of nights reserved.
Cancellation fees are determined according to season:
• High Season: 14 days prior are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to two nights of accommodation.
• High Winter Season: 45 days prior are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire stay, for each room reserved.
• Low Season: 3 previous days are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night of accommodation.
