You agree that you will make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use by you and your invited guests only, and not for other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

Cabo Inn Hotel Information may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, including but not limited to inaccuracies relating to pricing or availability applicable to your transaction. The Cabo Inn Hotel does not assume responsibility or liability for any such inaccuracies, errors or omissions, and shall have no obligation to honor reservations or information affected by such inaccuracies. The Cabo Inn Hotel reserves the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or improvements to the Cabo Inn Hotel Information, and to the products and programs described in such information, at any time without notice, including after confirmation of a transaction.

Deposit Policy: No deposit is required up front to book a room; however, your credit card number will be required and verified for charging in the event of a cancellation or no show.

Payment Policy: Reservations are to be paid in full at the time of check-in.

Políticas de cancelación

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is free if a reservation is cancelled with at least 72 hours notice prior to our check-in time, if cancellation occurs with less than 72 hours notice prior to our check-in time, your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of 1 night + tax. High season cancellation with at least 72 hours notice between February 24-April 22 and December 15 - January 15 is free, if cancellation occurs with less than 72 hours notice prior to our check-in time your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation + tax.

No Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation + tax.

Deposit Policy: No deposit is required up front to book a room; however, your credit card number will be required and verified for charging in the event of a cancellation or no show.

Pet Policy: $10.00 per night will be charged for pets (breeds and weight restrictions may apply).

Smoking Policy: Due to local laws and regulations, smoking in any form (including e-cigarettes), is not permitted in the hotel, An automatic $1000.00 pesos or $100USD room cleaning fee will be assessed if you smoke in your room, the city fines are much higher.
