Thank you for booking your vacation with us.

Terms and Conditions
• Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
• The departure time is at 11 am. Check-in time is at 15:00. Late check-out is available subject to rate and availability.
• Children under 6 years old can stay for free.
• Pets are allowed with a charge of $25 for each pet, per night, if they are 2 days or more you pay only $40, it is also valued depending on the size and it is necessary that they be on a leash at all times and cannot be left alone in the room. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if there are problems.
*No smoking on the premises or in the rooms. This is a law in Costa Rica and can be denounced.
• The hotel's private car park is limited to 4 spaces and must be reserved for the disabled only.
If you do not get a space within the hotel parking lot, we will provide you with a voucher for the public parking lot located in front of the hotel and across the street in the plaza.
Vehicles in front of the hotel and in the hotel's private parking lot are monitored by our night security guard.
*The hotel is not responsible for damage or theft.
• It is forbidden to circulate on the beaches.
• The use of the pool is from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult, there are no lifeguards. It is not allowed to consume drinks or food inside the pool. Glass items are not permitted in the pool or pool area.
•
*If your activities are harmful to others, you will be asked to stop.
• We require your personal information, a signature acknowledging that you understand these conditions, and payment in full to complete your hotel check-in and receive your room key. It will not be released to any outside entity.

Conditions de paiement

In good faith, you are reserving the above room(s) for a total transaction amount based on the rates posted here and the number of nights you plan to stay as show above.

• 13 % Tax is excluded from rates shown above.

• A 50% deposit may be required when you make the reservation and the other 50% one month before from the arrival date. We will contact you immediately following your reservation.

• Your card will not be charged in advance of your reservation without your permission. If you have not provided your real contact information or credit card details above, such that we cannot process the reservation, we may choose not to place it.

Politique d'annulation

• If you do not honor the reservation or cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will charge the full price for all nights in the room you have chosen above to your card in absentia. Time quoted is from the hotel’s time zone (CST).
