GENERAL POLICIES
CHECK-IN: From 3:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT: The room expires at 12:00 hours.
It is essential to present official identification when registering at the hotel.
MINOR POLICY:
A child up to 3 years old can stay in the same room at no additional cost in existing beds.
GUARANTEE POLICY:
In case of guaranteeing your reservation with a credit or debit card, the holder of the same must appear at the hotel during check-in to sign the voucher, otherwise, the holder must fill in a form where he authorizes the charge for the amount of the first night attaching a copy of credit card and identification (Request authorization form for card payment by email or phone).
BILLING POLICY:
If an invoice is required, it must be requested no later than the day of your departure. Said invoice must be reviewed by the applicant to verify that the data is correct at the time it is delivered in print or received by mail, since no invoices will be issued or corrections to them will be made in an untimely manner.
If you booked on our website or through any online travel agency (OTA), the nightly rate on your invoice will be displayed by the amount obtained from averaging the applicable rates during your stay, not altering the total amount to pay agreed upon to the moment to generate your reservation.
DISCIPLINE POLICIES FOR GROUPS AND GUESTS IN GENERAL:
In the case of groups, it is necessary to have a strict control of it since we are a tourist and rest hotel. It is very important to inform each of the members of the group before their arrival and that our guests in general are aware that it is forbidden to hold meetings and receive visits. Please take into account that failure to comply with these specifications or any other stipulated in the hotel's internal regulations will result in the request for immediate eviction of the entire group or of the guest who incurs any of these offenses, without the right to any refund.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES FOR GROUPS: (More than 3 rooms)
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the advance.
Cancellations made during the 15 days next to your arrival, will not receive any refund, however a change of date will be accepted (subject to availability) up to 8 days before the original arrival date.
The manager must settle all reserved rooms 15 days prior to arrival at the hotel. Last minute cancellations are not accepted.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS (Up to 3 rooms):
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your arrival will receive a refund of the total corresponding to the first night of each reserved room.
Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of your arrival will not receive a refund for the first night of your reservation.
