Early arrivals and late departures

Early check in and late check out due to availability.
If you arrive at Maria Condesa early in the day and wish to have immediate access to your room, we recommend that you also book the night before your arrival. Similarly, for late departures, an additional night's reservation guarantees access to your room until your departure time.

At the time of your check in, you will be given the electronic key of your room and maximum 2 that must be delivered to your departure, if you lose it or not return it will be charged 10 dollars per key.

When you register, you will be given a coin to get a courtesy, which includes a drink and a snack that are offered at the bar, these courtesies are not a la carte and will depend on what is offered on your day stay, it is important that you do not lose your coin, which has a cost of 26 dollars per card and will be charged if it is not returned to the reception team or delivered to the bar.

Smoke Free Hotel

Maria Condesa is a smoke-free establishment, so smoking is not allowed inside. In case of violating this policy you will be charged $100 USD to the guarantee card to your registration.

Reserves and guaranteed deposits

In case of No Show (not presented), the total amount of the reservation plus taxes will be charged.
Rates shown online are subject to availability and subject to change without notice.
Debit cards are not accepted to guarantee rooms, but these cards are received to settle your account.
All reservations made through the website require a guarantee through a credit card with a deposit of 100% of the total.
The credit card used to make the reservation must be shown at the check in. Otherwise, your reservation and charged made for it will be cancelled.
A holding of $2,000 MXN for extras is made to the credit card when checking in.

Any missing or damaged items in the room during your stay will be charged to the warranty card.
Any changes are subject to availability.
Online reservations have a secure system, which protect the confidentiality of your personal information and your credit card.

Reservations charged within 7 days are non-refundable.

To make any cancellation or modification in your reservation, it must be 7 days before the arrival of the guest, outside this period will not be accepted.
It is very important to check the conditions and cancellation policies before making a reservation to avoid setbacks.

In case of no show (not presented) will be charged 100% of the reservation.
A reservation can be canceled at the moment of not contacting the guest and that the card does not have sufficient funds.

Also for entering with pets (that weigh less than 15 kg) for and additional cost.

If the arrival of the guest is later or early the next day.
Inform the establishment to avoid any type of cancellation.
If you are a company with preferential rate this year you must send your signed agreement to be authorized by the manager.
If you make any change 7 days before the arrival of the guest, you can do it on the website where you booked with possible rate changes.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY.

Reservations made directly to the hotel or on our online system can be modified or canceled by calling (+52) 55 52865828; Except for the "non-refundable" rate and / or other discounts in which there is no refund for cancellation or modification of dates.

Any change or cancellation of reservation, must be received with 7 days of anticipation to the day of arrival in order to avoid any charges. Does not apply to the "Advance Purchase" rate or other discounts.
