Termini e condizioni

1.- HORARIO DE RECEPCIÓN Y HORAS DE ENTRADA Y SALIDA : La recepción esta abierta de 09:00h a 19:00 h . y esta ubicada en la primera planta . LA HORA DE ENTRADA ES DESDE LAS 15:00 H Y LA DE SALIDA ES HASTA LAS 11:00 H . Para las llegadas fuera del horario de recepción, serán enviados al cliente las instrucciones y los códigos de acceso para entrar en el apartamento por SMS o por email el día de llegada . Haga saber al establecimiento su hora de llegada .NO DISPONEMOS DE SERVICIO DE SALIDA TARDE . El servicio de guarda de maletas y uso del vestuario y ducha es gratuito y hasta las 19:00 h .
2.- OBLIGACION DE REGISTRO, IDENTIFICACION Y TARJETA DE CREDITO : Para los huéspedes con llegada tarde es obligatorio su registro a la mañana siguiente de la llegada, deberá aportar las identificaciones de todos los huéspedes y la tarjeta de crédito . Caso de no presentarse en recepción o no disponer de los documentos requeridos, LA RESERVA SERA CANCELADA AUTOMATICAMENTE SIN DERECHO A REEMBOLSO .
3.- GRUPOS : Las reservas de mas de 10 personas están sujetas a suplementos sobre tarifa y a fianza por posibles daños para confirmar la reserva INCLUSO DESPUES DE HABER SIDO RESERVADO EN PLATAFORMAS ONLINE . La fianza se formaliza en una tarjeta de crédito valida por cada apartamento reservado y su devolución se hará en el plazo máximo de 48 h desde la salida .
4.- BEBES : Los bebes de 0 a 3 años son gratis y no cuentan a efectos de ocupación máxima de apartamento , debe reservar para los bebes o informar al establecimiento , los accesorios de bebe son gratuitos , cunas, tronas, bañera , etc. bajo petición y disponibilidad .
5.- NIÑOS : Los niños de 4 a 8 años no incluidos en la reserva tienen una tarifa de 10 euros por niño y noche y cuentan a efectos de ocupación máxima del apartamento como un adulto . Las reservas que no hayan reservado o informado y se presenten con niños al establecimiento se añadirá la tarifa automáticamente .
6.- DAÑOS : Los daños o deterioros excesivos en las instalaciones o bienes propiedad de TOMATE ROOMS , serán cargados directamente en la tarjeta de crédito del cliente y se le emitirá la correspondiente factura .
7.- RUIDOS Y MOLESTIAS : Las molestias ocasionadas a otros huéspedes o las conductas contra la normal convivencia dependiendo del caso conllevaran la cancelación y expulsión de los huéspedes sin derecho a reembolso .
8.- SUSTRACCIONES :La sustracción de cualquier bien propiedad de tomate rooms se cargara directamente en la tarjeta de crédito del cliente .
9.- ROBOS Y CAJA FUERTE :TOMATE ROOMS , se hace responsable únicamente de los objetos depositados en en su servicio de caja fuerte de recepción .
10.- PARKING ASOCIADO : Disponemos de precio pactado con el PARKING SAN CRISTOBAL para días sueltos , a 300 metros de tomate rooms , no es necesario reservar , pida la validación del ticket en recepción a su llegada . precio día completo 9.50 euros . Infórmese en el parking de abono semanal o mensual .
11.- SUPLEMENTO DE LIMPIEZA : Todas las reservas tienen un suplemento de limpieza de salida de 15 euros por apartamento y por estancia , compruebe que esta incluido en su reserva o será cargado posteriormente .

PAGO TARIFA STANDARD
El pago se realizara a la llegada . Se acepta efectivo y tarjetas visa, mastercard y america express .
El establecimiento podra verificar la validez de la tarjeta de credito con el fin de garantizar la reserva , las reservas cuya tarjeta de credito no resulte preatorizada podran ser canceladas por el establecimiento previa comunicacion con el cliente a fin de que pueda actualizar la tarjeta de credito en un plazo maximo de 24 h .
PAGO TARIFA NO REEMBOLSABLE CON PAGO ADELANTADO
El cliente que reserve con esta tarifa .tendrá que pagar por adelantado el precio total en cualquier momento despues de hacer la reserva .
Se fija un periodo de 24 horas despues de hacer la reserva en el que no se procesara el cargo al cliente y durante el cual no hay penalizacion por cancelacion .

Las reservas tienen que ser canceladas por el cliente en el medio donde se reservo excepto las reservas realizadas en la pagina web de TOMATE ROOMS , que solo se pueden cancelar a traves de email .
